Just about every lefty-playing-right guitarist I know (and some keyboard players) has trouble synchronizing with click tracks (and, usually, other musicians). That is a major reason why I insist my left-handed students play left-handed. I do note, though, that concentrating and focusing work wonders for just about everybody with an instrument, no matter what their issue is. I think you have enough native musicianship, and enough "problem solver" power, that you can make it work. Good luck.
