So much for the budget

This afternoon we signed the Younger Daughter up for a summer of classes at Sylvan, hoping to get her math (mainly) and language skills back up to where they should be before school starts in the fall. Expensive, but well worth it -- we did the same for her sister (but back then it only cost a quarter as much, and my parents helped out). We'll manage, but only because we weren't planning on going to Westercon or Worldcon anyway this year.
