I've been a fan of storm chasers for a long time. And I've noticed than in the past year or two, the pattern of "Tornado Alley" has tilted eastward. There have been tornadoes up to F3 in parts of New Jersey (not very near me, thank the gods). That puts them within reach of Manhattan, and I don't even want to THINK about that. And apparently the newsies have noticed.
