Thankful Thursday
Today I am grateful for...
- Not having COVID-19. (See previous post.) Given the circumstances (fully masked in a grocery store) the chance of having been infected was almost negligible, but the negative test results were nice to have.
- Gabapentin as a pain reliever for cats who have had teeth extracted. (I will not go into detail about how much was extracted from my credit card, but that was also painful.)
- Getting through a week of painful memories without much damage (I think).
- Cloudy days. Especially when driving due west, too close to the equinox. Also the hat with a wide floppy brim that I use because cars' sun visors are inadequate.
- Having a good enough supply of KN95 masks that I can offer them to visitors who forgot theirs.
