A pretty dilemma

So, it seems that learning digeridoo may help with snoring (link from [livejournal.com profile] filkerdave and others). I apparently snore so loudly that my [livejournal.com profile] flower_cat sleeps with earplugs (can't prove it -- I was asleep at the time). But she also can't handle dij -- says the low frequencies hurt her teeth. So it's a bit of a dilemma.

Can you do it outside in the back or is that still too close. I know several people who can't deal with the vibration, and they have a section for them at the Ren Fair. As we know Digereedoos were played all over Elizabethan England...LOL

But seriously, if it works I may try it. I have apparently inherited my grandmother's ability to rattle the windows...

Simple enough

I know you like long walks. Take it along, and when you're far enough ....

Steve, have you ever been evaluated for sleep apnea? Heavy snoring is often a symptom. And with your other medical problems, it might be something to look into.

Yes, snoring is a symptom but stopping breathing during the sleep cycle.

There is several products that can be used. There are "Breathe Rights (sic)which is a stripe that curves over the nose. It works.
Try that.
