So, I was just sitting here at the computer thinking about making a pre-preorder flier to hand out at Loscon, and this song just popped into my head. Sorry about that.

And while we're on the subject of impossibility
They say that Steve Savitzky has been making a CD
About computers, hacking folk, and software that is free.

I've heard that, and it may be true, the Carpenter did say
He claims he'll take pre-orders starting on this New Year's Day
A link's up on his website, but there's no form there today.

Preorders will be $20, which will include both the CD (Coffee, Computers, and Song!) and a bonus disk in a signed, limited edition set. Exactly what's on the bonus disk is somewhat up in the air at the moment, but the title will be About Bleeding Time.

Actually it reminds me of Eddie Jeff Cahill's closing song "Give me all your money", which is about all of the terrible things he'll do if you don't fill his tip jar.
