Landmark for SF fans

Here's how to get the Landmark experience safely, for about a tenth the price:

  1. Go to a science fiction convention - Worldcon will do
  2. Go to as many panels and concerts as possible
  3. Stay up 'til all hours filking and having fantastic conversations
  4. Get through the entire weekend on 4 hours' sleep every night and subsist on munchies from the con suite
  5. Finish it up with fantastic, mind-blowing sex just before dinner on Sunday
  6. Go out on Monday and invite three of your friends to come to your house
  7. Have a disastrous drunken party Tuesday night where you browbeat your friends into sending in their membership to next year's Worldcon

I quit a company once and will have nothing further to do with the company or its owner because the owner tried to send me to Landmark. And I subsequently turned down a large salary to return. Stay away!

reminds me of this pentacostal "nondenominational" church i belonged to for a while- exactly the same! tithe on the GROSS, not the NET (do you want the net or the gross to be blessed?), plus love offerings to all the preachers who came through constantly as guests, buy books, tapes, etc. and definitely recruit as many souls for "the lord" (the preacher) as possible.
i contacted his alma mater about him when i left adn they said no one by that name ever went to that school.
