Getting up at nearly 9am sure cuts into the day. No walkies. :(

Went to Cosentino's with Colleen -- the original plan had been for her to take the rolling walker instead of the scooter, but she wasn't feeling up for it.

Later in the afternoon she more-or-less tossed me out of the house in the direction of Kathy Mar's semi-annual bash. I had more fun than I expected to; a good conversation with [livejournal.com profile] thefrugalgamer while he grilled sausages, then some song-swapping. Sang Riverheart, the Bears, Ship of Stone (and played stunt guitar for Bill Laubenheimer's mash-up), and Wheelin'. Got a surprisingly strong reaction to The Middle-Aged Bear from [livejournal.com profile] jackien1968 (who's known Naomi for years), and a nice hug from her on the way out.

I got skype running on Dorsai because the Wolfling wanted to show me a shiny. I'm ssavitzky there, but if you want to skype me you'll usually have to contact me in some other manner to make sure I fire it up.

So here I am at a quarter of 9 having done some laundry, quite a lot of cleanup in the kitchen, read LJ and email, ... It's not surprising that yesterday was pretty much of a wipe-out. Not a bad day, you understand, just not much done. I think that's called "relaxing".

Hooray for you for re-filling your cup with a few drops of relaxation! I'm glad you had fun.
