Thank you. It is not merely likely that I am stressed; it is a certainty. I am not always in touch with my feelings, but sometimes they hit me over the head to make sure I'm paying attention.
I am presently snuggled up with a heating pad for my back, a blanket for my lap and feet, and a cup of herb tea. The nearest cat, Desti, is just out of reach on top of Colleen's chair; Ticia and I have been trading places in this chair all day, but she isn't much of a lap cat.
