Not a bad week? Maybe even a good week. A fair amount of interaction with my 7cups therapist, a family dinner (with bonus Harold Feld) on Tuesday, and new glasses. C's health started out pretty bad but improved over the week. Lunch at Charmer's, and a nice drive. Ticia got her shots and had her toenails trimmed. We ended the week with aurora-viewing (not a very good view; it was cloudy and all we could see was colored light behind the clouds) from the front deck. Friday I actually noticed that it was a nice day and that I was happy -- that's rare. I made some progress on clearing off my desk.

On the down side my blepharitis has been acting up, I'm still in the "occasional headaches" stage of getting used to new glasses, my desk isn't anywhere near cleaned off, and just because C is a little better, that doesn't mean that she's at all well.

  * V called in sick. Loaded C's meds myself. Should just plan on doing it along with
mine Tuesday evening. Out of lomotil
  * ordered C's meds: spironolactone, balsalazide (which was expensive, and only a 30 day
supply) -> it's the high dose that she maybe had trouble with. Watch carefully for
    kidney problems.
  * set up my eyeglass stand on the desk. Required moving a lot of stuff around, but
    worthwhile.

to the vet, hid under a table, and didn't make a sound going home. Let me cuddle
her, with her face nuzzled into my elbow, while she was on the table getting her
exam and her shots. Got her toenails clipped.
