Only two walks this week, neither of them very far. Only sang once, but that's kind of typical these days. Back hurts; also typical. Colleen is a little stronger thanks to PT, but her overall health isn't improving much. The YD's husband was in an auto accident -- uninjured, other driver at fault, but their car was probably totalled. Trump. I am not optimistic.

It says something about the times we live in that I have to say that it wasn't a bad week.

A fair amount of software maintenance this week, mostly on the blogging package in MakeStuff. Basically just re-arranging the deck chairs, but fun. For values of fun that include GNU Make.

    for much, but the refactoring makes it a lot cleaner.

  ~ call census re: L -> can do it online -> can't read the code well enough to log in
    Won't let me restart the session, despite clearing their cookies.
    -> tried some more possibilities (on a different machine); gave up.
  : The litter box in the BR was particularly smelly; turned out there was urine on the
    inside of the tray (i.e. the liner must have gotten punctured at some point).
