I won't use a WYSIWYG page builder unless it's the only choice. Classic WordPress supports most kinds of HTML, so I can position the illustrations exactly as I like. Usually I style illustrations floating left or right with a max-width of 25% or so. That lets them fit nicely on a small screen and take advantage of more screen space when it's available.
