I'm making progress on VoIP -- may even be able to put it up for testing tomorrow. At this point I can make calls with either the PSTN or VoIP from the inside analog line, and I can receive calls on it from the incoming line. If nobody picks up after the third ring, it ends up in voicemail. I'm gradually getting the hang of it...

Of course you're going to be able to test it; I had to make sure it's at least semi-useable first. The main things I have to do first are smoke-test the FXS side of the interface to see if it can actually ring all of our phones, and fix it so that if you take too long to dial you get some instructions rather than just an error tone.

Meanwhile you can dial out from the wall phone in the office by the bathroom door, or dial in to 408-995-6609.
