flower_cat won't have to buy me a present this year...
Just snagged an Ovation Celebrity at Guitar Showcase's used shop -- $189 including hardshell case. It has the thin body and an OP-20 preamp (which includes a tuner). Dark red top. I've been eyeing them all year because I've been wanting something that sounds decent but wouldn't lose sleep over if I took it on a trip.
The case is something of a monstrosity, but that's the only downside. And it kept me from lusting after the thin composite-bodied Martin (model 00Csomething). Well, I'm still lusting after that one, but not as much...
