Well, last Sunday was my last day at Rainbow's End North before the new owners take over (which they were planning to do on Friday, but I haven't heard how that went). It hasn't been "home" for over a year. Not since the cats moved down to live with me in Seattle, on September 11, 2022. My Lair in Seattle doesn't really feel like home, even with cats, even after a year and a half. Now that it's spring I can't count the times I've passed a cherry tree or some tulips and said to myself "damn; Colleen would have loved that."

Yesterday N and m left for a cross-country train trip, followed by a visit to the Netherlands. Follow along on GoingSideways.blog. There is a lot currently wrong with GS, mostly bits of formatting that were lost in the course of converting to a more maintainable theme. (I'll spare you the rant about WordPress; some other time maybe.)

Four walks last week, two of them with m, and two of them a mile or more. One in both categories.
