Hardware is something you can kick

This does not mean that you can't swear at hardware, too, and in this case it mostly wasn't where I could conveniently kick it.
After a really long time, Colleen finally has new drawer slides on the two dodgy drawers in the kitchen. I'm not entirely happy with the results, but after roughly three hours of grunting, cursing, and kneeling in painful positions, it's no longer so badly broken that it has to be fixed anytime soon.
