Beginning to look a lot like Baycon

I'm basically packed (modulo a spare music stands or two), and getting ready to head over to the hotel. Not much point in leaving now; Program Ops doesn't open until noon, and they have my registration stuff. I was there briefly last night to have dinner and pick up the YD, who has school today. flower_cat and chaoswolf spent the night; they're on staff and already at work.

My setlist generator is basically done -- you can find it here (and also linked from my song page). I spent several hours last night adding timings to songs that only had them scribbled on the hardcopy, and making dummy pages for other peoples' songs (so they'd get into the list). The setlist maker will be released under the GPL as soon as I can package it properly.

My concert is 10pm Saturday night.
