As usual I left a lot of my charity giving to the last minute. I counted some 32 requests on the table after the initial sorting (and tossing maybe a half dozen more that I knew we didn't want to give to). I still wrote some 18 checks this morning. Maybe I should spread it out more next year?

Of course, that's what I promised myself last year...
