Back in the groove?

There must be something about having my workstation back. Lateish last night I finally got things to the point where I could use my main Linux workstation, the 17" LCD monitor, my beloved IBM Model M keyboard and my Trackman FX trackball back in the corner where they belong. Never mind that the books are still in boxes in the living room; the shelves are back in place.

So this afternoon at work I was finally able to get past some kind of mental block and start coding on a little config-file hack that's been on hold for a week or so, and this evening I got my recording rig set back up with the newly-silenced mini-ITX box. And practiced!

Tomorrow we get our new fans and lights installed, and with any luck I'll be able to put down fresh takes of "Demon Lover" and "Silk and Steel". I don't actually need to have them up on the web by Thanksgiving, but I'd like to.
