The Pegasus Award Final Ballot went online yesterday. Let the squeeing commence!

I need to go back through my concert recordings, and make sure that as many of my songs as possible have audio online. It's not like it's going to reduce CD sales at this point...

Colleen and I went to the Baycon kickoff barbecue -- I actually introduced myself to a woman I didn't know (but whose name, naturally, I didn't quite catch). Something in the publications department. My memory for names and facts about people is highly unreliable, as is my ability to catch them in the first place. It was horrendously hot in spite of the misters; we only stayed about two hours.

My car is being serviced. The minor service was finished yesterday, but they need to order some parts to fix the front windows. They'll be done under warranty, but only if the 100K mile warranty doesn't expire first. The car has 99,500 miles on it -- I left it there. In any case, there's no way I can spare a morning this week to pick it up.

Went to Office Max to buy bookends for the bedroom, and notebooks for the YD to use in school. I also found a folding, rolling crate with a side pouch and cover/seat -- it's exactly what I need for TGl gigs.

Naomi told me in IM that, the fact that I don't trust my judgment of people, means that I tend to give them the benefit of a huge amount of doubt. She's probably right about that. Works for me.

The day ended going to bed early for an hour or more of snuggle and talk.
