Today I am grateful for...

  • Eggs and English muffins.
  • Something warm and soothing to drink before bed (instant hot chocolate last night). Why had I not figured that out earlier? Or maybe I did and forgot. I do seem to sleep better, although that's based on a sample size of only five nights total spread over several weeks.
  • Tea and other drinkables left by the previous occupant of the ADU I'm living in.
  • Likewise, an electric kettle.
  • Improvement in guitar playing, singing, and walking. Very slow improvement, but it's greater than zero. And not an infinitesimal -- I don't think nonstandard analysis is supposed to be used with real-world measurements.
