mdlbear... I should clean off my desk more often every few years from time to time. I'm finding some interesting things.
Hey, it's not as bad as the workbench in my cube at Zilog -- the fire marshal made me clean that one. Would have been a bit of an earthquake hazard, too.
The main reason I'm cleaning is that I bought a new monitor this afternoon, something I'd been meaning to do for a while. (NEC 710N -- 17-inch analog, $260 at Central Computing) Should have gotten it last week when there was a $50 rebate, but... The secondary reason is that I need to go through the last of the piles for possible tax-related receipts.
