Computers: Before last night's concert I stopped off at Fry's to get a cheap CPU/Motherboard combination, and some RAM to go with it. Only about $110 after the mail-in rebate on the RAM comes through; I like to get computer equipment at the trailing edge of the price curve. This one's destined to be the replacement for Nova, the main fileserver here at theStarport.
Song: Heather Alexander was in great voice last night; she just keeps getting better. She was sporting a brand-new wireless headset mic and made good use of it, chanting poetry from backstage before coming in, and getting up close with the audience on "Gruagach". Wow!
