Back at home at last

much fun as Westercon was, I'm glad to be back at home -- not least because
the con didn't have an internet lounge, so I've been net-deprived for the
last five days!
While we were off at the con we had the house fumigated for termites. I was rather worried, to the extent of finally breaking down and getting a cell phone so they could contact me if there were any problems -- turned out that the only call I got from Terminix was the one that said the house was cleared for re-entry.
The Westercon report and more on our termite prep will have to wait for this evening.
