I've already posted about the association between making phone calls and depression. I'm frustrated because not only am I not getting a handle on the phone thing, I'm not getting a handle on what the underlying problems even are.

I seem to have done much better yesterday at keeping track of my emotions, or at least remembering them long enough to write them down. Most appear to be negative, which isn't really surprising.

Perhaps you mean not surprising because you expect your emotions to be negative, but I think also because those are the ones people are generally more likely to take note of. It seems to me that positive emotions need to be much happier for people to notice them than negative ones need to be unhappy. If that sentence made any sense outside my head :).
