    No change in meds.  wait-and-see on anxiety meds; $ssri helps;
    don't want the side effects of a benzodiazapine if avoidable.
  & visit Colleen: vaginal discharge; long phone run-around with Kaiser 
    Current consensus is a yeast infection, but GYN app't scheduled.
    ! stressed.  
  * buy eggs, bacon, cheese
  * 2:15pm Colleen: Dr. C. (neurology)
  * (LJ) (nephew) Alex's birthday
  & $someone-I-know committed suicide.  (details later maybe)
    ! extremely sad
  * 4ish Mud will arrive, Trob later, to coordinate help.
    ->Fridays; will work on kitchen and LR mostly
  * drugs, flonase but no neti
  & Colleen's laundry
  & A couple of good conversations:  Mud, Tabby, Carole
    ! much less anxious than last week.  Calm.  Mostly contented?

It was a very stressful day for a lot of reasons; I think I handled it OK, but pro-actively stayed in the office most of the evening, talking with one person at a time, and came out of it in pretty decent shape all things considered.

I'm going to have to cut this short, since it's getting late.
