  * up 6:25; W=188.8; drugs, nose; coffee, C; dishes
    woke up pretty groggy but evidently slept well.
  * Visit to Colleen; bring hyacinth home and water it.
  * 10:30am Work: meeting
  * 12:30 Call to Colleen: not coming home until *next* week
    left knee still not working; just now getting commode
    Will be able to come out on passes while Jen's here
    ! very disappointed, rather relieved about knee, sphincters, cleanup.
      I think Colleen was relieved too ($disclaimer)  ! resigned?  
  * walk around the pond.  Lousy cell reception; no calls made
  * 14:00 call from Colleen.  Expect call from (PT) Peter this afternoon.

Yesterday was a rather rough day; finding out that Colleen isn't coming home until next week rather put a damper on things. By evening the delayed-reaction depression had snuck up on me, though I wasn't much use at work all afternoon, either.

Went to bed at 11:30 and had trouble sleeping; woke at some ridiculous hour in the morning but managed to get back to sleep.

Both Colleen and I are ok now, by the way. We both realize that being in better shape when she gets home will be a very good thing, and having another few days to clean up the bedroom won't hurt, either.
