  * woke 2-3 times
  * up 6:20; drugs, nose, teeth; coffee, C
    ! still rather groggy
  * WFH morning
  * pull Colleen's bed out, replace outlet expander, install power strips
  & posted about 33 1/3 anniversary, a day late
  * 2 more 12" wire-shelf brackets (Container Store on the way home)
  * Kaiser: buy citalopram
  * aha: dissociation/derealization as a reaction to stress - related to
    relationship problems?
  & Dinner:  impromptu broccoli beef with rice
  * Put up 12" wire shelf on headboard
  * meant to take bath, but it got to be 11:45 so I didn't.
  & Colleen was better today at noticing when she needs the commode.

Back to work. Worked from home in the morning (thanks to ssh, X11, emacs, and galeon) because we hadn't arranged for a Cat-sitter. The YD took over in time for me to go in to work for the afternoon group meeting.

Colleen is continuing to improve, though it's still slow.
