Stuffalanches

My office at the Starport has just suffered its second stuffalanche this month; this time it was a cascade of envelopes from the charity and investment piles. *Sighs* The previous one was mostly magazines, and still hasn't been picked up -- it mostly went under the counter around the non-functional computer.

It's all going to take a lot more than 15 minutes to clean up, I'm afraid; there's a lot of triage that still needs to be done. Later.

Thank you for making me feel somewhat better about the state of my desk. It's good to know I'm not the only one with cascading heaps of stuff and a broken desktop taking up valuable space. It sounds like your piles are marginally more organized than mine, though.

Gee, we call them "crapalanches" around here.

I'm still trying to work out the maximum height, width, slick count and tilt count in the stack that can be used before crapalanche invariably results. The most critical factor, IMO, is tilt count.

Yes, I'm a stacking geek.
