The adventures from the morning's phone calls were interesting, but the big one was the call from L saying the transaction for his tools didn't go through. After getting put on hold by the bank, I managed to fix this...despite the fact I was slightly hung over when I answered the barrage of calls & dealt with the bank. Erk.
