  & evening: reading and IM

It was an exhausting day, especially emotionally. I'm seriously thinking of answering my cell phone "Grand Central Starport tech support and crisis hotline". I still claim that I'm not much good at it.

I put in quite a lot of work (blowing off a couple of other appointments in the process) -- it probably won't be enough to get me a functional demo by tomorrow evening. A number of bugs have been due to a script exiting early because of an error, which causes necessary setup or cleanup not to be done, which causes inexplicable unrelated havoc down the line somewhere. That probably happens in relationships, too, only it's harder to reboot.

I'm still learning a lot about git, and enough about Python to find my way around in (and sometimes debug) someone else's code.

My shipment of LED lightbulbs arrived. Surprisingly bright for 3-4W. There are a couple of places where they'll work beautifully.

By 11pm I was ready to crash, so I did.

Ya could do worse. My brother has been known to answer HIS phone with "Ajax Mortuary: Parts Department". :)
