Secondary CPAP thought - if you need the settings adjusted, or if the mask and hose have gotten old enough to leak or simply not seal correctly (which they do with depressing frequency, given their expense, I have found), it may not be helping the way it should. Have you checked the hose for leaks recently?
I'm not awake yet - got a "spam" phone call and came downstairs to see if my unemployment insurance had shown up at the bank finally (it had), and saw your responses.
