Thankful Thursday

... and it's Thursday. Today I am thankful for:

• Colleen, and progress toward recovery which, while slow, is still progress.
• Our respective sisters-of-choice.
• Forgiveness.
• Having good things to talk about for a change.
• Helpful and supportive friends.
• A helpful teenage daughter (I know, that sometimes sounds like a contradiction).
• Beautiful things: koi, birds, flowers, trees, ... Beautiful people, too.
• Learning to notice and enjoy little pleasures.

Always say hello to the koi, after reading Rosemary and Rue, I suspect some of them may be changlings who have been spelled into fish form. It never hurts to be polite.
