Credit card scam - old but dangerous

I got this link via email from my mom. It appears to be fairly old, but worth mentioning because it's so slick. Basically a social engineering attack to get the verification code off your card.

Luckily, both my cards are issued by my bank, so they will call me directly if there is any suspect activity. Which they've done several times, usually after I've transferred a large payment via PayPal.
