breaking a tooth while repositioning the car so Colleen could get in.

Actually got a few things done in the morning: requested a new CPAP mask, and got a 60-day check deposited before it expired. Nevertheless, I ended up with a lot of tension and feeling behind, a feeling that only intensified at work. I think I was getting things done, but it didn't really feel that way.

A walk, only about half an hour, and noisy. Didn't make me feel any better.

I got a nice, clean scratch track of The River down -- that, at least, felt like an accomplishment, and made a nice finish for the day.

The insomnia and nightmares don't count.

Only one link under the cut this time; something about work, I guess.

The click track thing is an awesome thing. A nice quiet metronome helps a lot when trying to keep a consistent beat.
