Chocolate. The darker the better (up to 75-80% or so).

Sometimes potato chips -- they're high in potassium and seem to be particularly easy on my stomach.

Eeeew. Yeah I think you're right about the 'Crisps' part. They were trying to sell baked ones here as 'Dorito Crisps' etc. I haven't really found a baked one that I could stand.

Luckily I can't tell the taste difference if I have a bag of the bad for me kind. ;-)

Mmmmm, chocolate. I'm very very fond of Trader Joe's 72% dark belgian, in the small bars. They seem to be the best quality (for *my* palate, anyway) (and props to me for not using "palette", eh?) and I love the fact that a few small squares will suffice, melted slowly in my mouth.

Mmmm. Chocolate!
