It's really a tossup between seafood and dark chocolate.

If I had to narrow the seafood down to a species, I'd pick tuna. Mostly as sashimi.

I have to admit, you have a brilliance.

Although for me it's mackerel. Mostly as sashimi, but sometimes they could cook it.

Mostly, just give me ALL THE MACKEREL.

...great, it's one am and I want sushi. *facepalms*
