  * up 8:30; W=196.6; drugs, teeth; C+ginger, coffee, light
  % queasy, achy.  Fluish?  T=99.9 (10:40) admittedly after coffee, but high.
    Especially since I tend to run low.

  * Did I mention the three loads of laundry?  Mattress pads, sheets, and a
    blanket.  Each of which needed an extra hour in the drier, of course.
  * bed ~10; got chilled getting into bed and shivered; was mostly over it by
    the time Colleen got out of her bath about 10:30

I basically spent all day yesterday ill and "out of it". It would have been a lovely day for a walk, or a drive, but I wasn't up to it. Got up 8:30, went to bed about 10pm. And took a nap. I hate being sick.
