  : Noticed that Colleen's kindle has a crack in the UL corner of the bezel.
    Obviously she's loved it to death, in only two years.
  * 15min: to.do maintenance.  2011/04.done pulled out, taking some abandoned
    undone items with it.  Between that and the River and TGl pullouts, I'm
    down to 270 undone items.  From 295 last Thursday, and 377 last October.
    The high appears to have been 419 in october of 2009.
  * 15min: puttering in office.  A box of 2010 and earlier banking and
    investment material boxed(2010) or dumped(earlier).
    ... some floor space cleared out (by stacking boxes 3 deep instead of 2).
    Charity letters boxed, but need to be sorted down to <= one of each.
    ... (1:23) it is now possible to roll the other chair in and out, and to
    sit in it and work on Dorsai or whatever other computer is in that spot.

OK, guess it was a pretty good day at that. It felt very unproductive, but between a st/roll with Colleen in the morning and a drive with Colleen in the evening, I managed to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the two of us, do a load of laundry, and make substantial headway toward cleaning up the office.

Also a little singing, and some (fiction) reading. And news shortly before going to bed.
