I miss my coffee

mdlbearAfter my checkup in July, the doctor (who has an office in the area that used to be my group's cube farm at Zilog 20 years ago) handed me a lab slip which I'm supposed to have done sometime before the end of September. I've been procrastinating. Anyway, the blood lipid panel requires a 12-hour fast, so no breakfast or coffee until it's done, somewhere around 9am.
Meanwhile, the video capture card I bought Sunday at Weird Stuff doesn't seem to work: it keeps the machine it's in from booting. Grr. So if I want to do any recording this weekend, I have to either reinstall the soundcard in the Mini-ITX box (which only has one slot) or, more likely, put it in the new, fast machine.
