Thankful Thursday

Today I'm grateful for

• My family, especially Colleen, N, and my Mom.
• The cats, Ticia and Desti, who have been a great comfort while Colleen has been away.
• Antibiotics. See music. Maybe it needs tuning?
• A continuing supply of replacement keyboards.
• Also, the fact that my laptop's current password does not contain any "n"'s.

NO thanks to...

• Multiply-resistant infections.
• Crappy keyboards. IBM should never have sold the laptop business to Lenovo.

It's not just Lenovo. My Dell laptop's keyboard is so bad that I have to use an external keyboard.

Very true. I had an HP for a while at Amazon; I think the keyboard lasted all of three months of heavy use. The Dell I got after that was a little better, but I still used the Thinkpad keyboard I brought in to use at my desk.
