It's the day after Father's Day

mdlbearNot too bad, on the whole. That was the third Father's Day since Dad died. I guess I don't have much else to say.
One of my co-workers lost her father this year; I'm afraid I couldn't say very much to her, either.
Meanwhile, Bush has pulled out of the ABM treaty so he can dump money into Star Wars instead of fighting terrorism or helping the millions of people in this country without health insurance. And it's still legal to turn an old woman out of her apartment because her grandson was smoking crack somewhere else.
Life's not a whole lot of fun just now. I'll just crawl back into my hole.
