Thankful Thursday

mdlbearToday I am thankful for:
- my family;
- Colleen in particular, who has been getting stronger and more self-confident at last;
- Colleen's caregiver, V, and her grandson d, who was here with her this week doing yardwork;
- our sweet kitties Ticia, who purrs me to sleep, and Desti, who is currently sitting on my lap;
- Cat Faber, for her idea of wearing black today as a protest.
No thanks to
- the sociopaths who are rapidly turning what used to be a pretty decent country into something unrecognizable;
- idiots who set off excessively loud explosions and scare the cats.
