Today I am grateful for...

• Cats, especially the one snoozing in my lap (Desti, of course. Ticia is lying on the table next to the desk.) Bonus thanks to the family's other three cats in Seattle.
• Mom, who is celebrating her 99th birthday this month. (I'm going to the party this weekend.)
• The Whidbey Island Airport Shuttle.
• V, especially for taking care of Colleen this weekend while I'm away.
• Colleen, more than four months out of the hospital.

I'm glad to hear Colleen's been staying out of the hospital. Whew!
