mdlbearThe big news this week is that Colleen has been out of the hospital for four months, and I went to Mom's 99th birthday party yesterday (flew out Friday; coming back today) -- too short a trip, but I didn't want to leave C for so long. Should have anyway. See yesterday's s4s for the songs I sang at the party -- they went over really well, especially Get Up and Go.
Had lots of great conversations. Some relatives were there who I've met maybe once or twice, if that. Good catch-ups with (brother)Al, (cousins)Alice, Mark, Nancy, etc. Mom of course except that we talk regularly by phone so there wasn't as much to catch up on.
