COVID-19: Episode 2: Resources, news, and notes

Not a lot to say here -- we've stocked up on dry and canned goods -- the jasmine rice I ordered arrived yesterday -- but we still depend on frequent store trips for perishables. We can do without them if necessary.

How to Self-Quarantine - The New York Times is worth a read; I don't see how it would be possible for me or Colleen to self-quarantine separately, so I guess we'll have to take our chances if it comes to that.

So, in case of missed things, what are some of the symptems? I know they say flu like, but that could be a range of things.

fever, cough, and shortness of breath. Diarrhea or upper respiratory symptoms (e.g. sneezing, runny nose, sore throat) are less frequent.

Basically if you have a fever and/or cough, stay home. If you're having trouble breathing, go th the ER.

OK good. That means I'm safe. For now. Obviously I'll keep track, but I'm less worried that I have it with this info.

Yeah, there's no way for gridlore and I to self-quarantine separately, either - not in a one-bedroom apartment.
