2020-05-24 11:31 amI sang QV and Riverheart in last Sunday's FotLR dead dog. That was the last online singing I did all week. Am I suffering from con fatigue? Maybe. It occurred to me Sunday evening that I may be showing symptoms of burnout. That's on top of depression, anxiety and stress about the future.
Also, I think more back pain than the week before. Probably influences my mood. Also neck, arm, and hand pain, all of which can be attributed to my online reading addiction. But will it make me cut back? Doubtful. Time for better living through chemistry.
I ran out of gin Thursday night. I try not to buy more than 750ml/month, but there are plenty of other potables in the house.
From this article in AAAS's Science magazine, there are strong indications
that clusters of cases happen in places where people shout or sing.
That's not so good for the filk community. And I hope my singing teacher
can make the jump to online.
