Boring trivial health stuff

I've been feeling under the weather most of this week: sore throat, headache, tiredness, and a bit of post-nasal drip getting past the decongestants. Probably my annual cold. Since a cold lasts about 7 days if you treat it and about a week if you don't, I should be coming out of it soon.

Neither flower_cat nor I have been sleeping terribly well lately, which doesn't help. Nor does the fact that I haven't been getting enough exercise. Grumble.
