I think if anything you deserve more points. You haven’t counted the labor of caring for Colleen’s health or your own aside from ‘didn’t get Covid’. Maybe a model like the ‘todo tada’ list would encourage you to include some of your other accomplishments and ‘grade’ on that basis, instead of a model of goal-setting in which everything is deductions subtracted from the hypothetical, improbable 100 percent complete? Like, you can do the things you planned and get points or not do them and not get points, but also, if it coulda been a goal and you actually worked hard for it, give extra credit? Anyway, I know :I: get demotivated by telling myself I should set the bar higher and motivated by finding things I :have: done to help me springboard into things I need/want to do.
