Done Since 2021-01-31
2021-02-07 10:24 amKind of a rough week. Broken sleep, 220 miles worth of driving, two separate off-island medical appointments, irregular sleep, somewhat more Colleen-care than usual, worries about her nutrition, and quite a lot of something that might be one or more of depression, stress, burnout, or boredom (the latter due to lack of motivation, so probably a side-effect of the aforementioned). Subject-object ambiguity caused by lack of verbs (c.f. motivation). A list pretending to be a paragraph. Blatant self-reference. ¯_(ツ)_/¯.

" There are quite a lot of professions that are stereotyped as characters in
fiction. [...] Scientists come in two types: the Mad, and the Highly Reasonable but
unable to convince authorities that disaster is imminent. Authorities such as Mayors
and Governors are always more interested in keeping business running than listening
to scientists. If you put all these stock character stereotypes together... you have
an ensemble disaster film. " No wonder 2020 seemed so familiar!
